Advanced level topics to include :
Starting as a team: how to best handle the start line for your team
Making contact: connection and control at contact obstacles
Hanging on: staying together over the last few obstacles on a course

Intermediate Level 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
Advanced Level 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm

$65/ working team, 10 teams maxium each session
